Spicy Strawberry "Jargaritas" - Makes 6 Servings Stop playing bartender all night and set-up premade Jargaritas!

Low sugar mocktails

Recipe Per Jar:

  • 2 oz spicy strawberry puree

  • 2 oz n/a tequila (20% off my favorite tequila for margaritas here)

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice

  • Garnishes

Spicy Strawberry Puree:

  • 1 pack (3 lbs) strawberries

  • 1 Fresno pepper, sliced with seeds (jalapeno works too)

  • 2 TB agave (optional)

Instructions:

  • For the puree, combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Depending on the strength of your blender you might need a splash of liquid to blend - you can add in a little OJ or water.

  • For each jar, add all ingredients and place on ice with lid secured until ready to serve.

  • On the side have an ice bucket and garnish board. Here is the $6 link to the star cut-outs I used. My kids love these for fruits & veggies year around!

Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca

Here is a batched recipe for one of the most refreshing and beautiful mocktail recipes for summer, Watermelon Mint Agua Fresca.

Blackberry "Aperol" Spritz This spritz is a beautiful red color & would be perfect with the star cut-outs on top!

• 4-5 blackberries

• .5 oz fresh lemon juice

• .5 oz monkfruit powder or syrup, or stevia

• 2 oz n/a "Aperol" (my recommendation here)

• Sparkling blackberry soda (0 sugar like La Croix or Waterloo)

Instructions:

  • Place blackberries, lemon juice and 0-sugar sweetener in a cocktail shaker and muddle to break-up the fruit. Add "Aperol" and ice, then shake for 15 seconds. You can strain into a fresh glass filled with ice or pour out some of the fruit for texture and added fruit, then top with blackberry soda.

4th of July Garnish Boards

Here is the $6 link to the star cut-outs I used (my kids love these for fruits & veggies year around). You can use them on pineapples, apples or pears for the "white" in your spreads. Blackberries, blueberries are perfect to complement!

Blackberry Bramble Mocktail Bright, red & delicious for summer sipping!

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 2 oz n/a gin (my favorite)

  • 1/4 cup blackberries

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • 2 oz club soda

  • Garnish with edible white flowers and blackberries for a festive top!

Instructions:

  • Place all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake for 15 seconds to break up the blackberries. Strain into a fresh tumbler filled with pebble ice and garnish.

Tinto de Verano - Serves 6 One of my favorite batched, low-alcohol recipes to serve at parties

  • One bottle dry red wine

  • One Liter Sprite or 7-Up

  • 5 oz sweet vermouth (optional)

  • Pineapple or pear star garnishes & blueberries

Instructions:

  • In a large pitcher combine wine, soda and vermouth if using. Stir until combined.

  • Have glasses and an ice bucket on the side so the drink doesn't get too watered down as it sits out. Here is the $6 link to the star cut-outs I used and you can add some blueberries for festive fun.

  • Depending on if you use the vermouth or not, this drink is around 5-6% abv per glass.
