0% Ranch Water Mocktail
Topo Chico
2 oz n/a tequila (10 n/a tequila reviewed here)
2 oz juice: I enjoy pineapple, peach, strawberry puree or guava
1 oz lime juice
Instructions:
Pour out half the soda and then slowly add in the other ingredients. Pour the lime very slowly - the citric acid can bubble over quickly. If you do a rim like Tajin Salt, make sure to add it with a swipe of agave or lime before popping the top off the soda.
Grapefruit Thyme Spritz Mocktail
2 oz grapefruit juice
2 sprigs fresh thyme
2-3 wedges of lime
Grapefruit sparkling soda (0 sugar such as La Croix)
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker muddle the first 3 ingredients together. Add ice and shake vigorously, then strain into a fresh wine glass filled with ice. Fill with grapefruit soda and garnish with a thyme sprig.
Blackberry "Aperol" Spritz
• 4-5 blackberries
• .5 oz fresh lemon juiceÂ
• .5 oz monkfruit powder or syrup, or stevia
• 2 oz n/a "Aperol" (my recommendation here)
• Sparkling blackberry soda (0 sugar like La Croix or Waterloo)
Instructions:
Place blackberries, lemon juice and 0-sugar sweetener in a cocktail shaker and muddle to break-up the fruit. Add Aperol and ice, then shake for 15 seconds. You can strain into a fresh glass filled with ice or pour out some of the fruit for texture and added fruit, then top with blackberry soda.

Nojito Mocktail:
• 4-5 mint leavesÂ
• .75 oz monkfruit simple syrup* • .75 oz fresh lime juice
• 1.5 oz non-alcoholic rum (optional)
• Club soda Instructions:
In a tall glass add the mint and syrup and gently muddle. Fill with pebble ice and top with lime, rum and soda. Gently stir and enjoy - this is one of my favorite low sugar mocktails!
Monkfruit Simple Syrup: 2:1 boiling water to monkfruit powder, stir until dissolved and store in glass jar.

Blackberry Bramble Mocktail
1 oz lemon juice
2 oz n/a gin (my favorite)
1/4 cup blackberries
.5 oz simple syrup
2 oz club soda
Instructions:
Place all ingredients except soda in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake for 15 seconds to break up the blackberries. Strain into a fresh tumbler filled with pebble ice and garnish with a lemon slice.
