Barbie Margarita Mocktail Recipe

A mocktail sweet & pink enough for Barbie herself!

I am having too much fun playing with Barbie mocktails right now! I can't imagine Barbie holds her liquor very well, so I think she'd approve of a margarita mocktail mixed with dragonfruit simple syrup for a beautiful pink color.

Non-Alcoholic Barbie Margarita

The color is stunning and the taste is phenomenal! I used 2 ounces of non-alcoholic tequila from Spiritless to mimic the flavor and burn of tequila. If you want to make this recipe without any n/a spirits add a little extra soda, orange and lime juice at the end.

Ingredients

• 2 oz n/a tequila

• 1 oz dragonfruit simple syrup

• 1 oz fresh lime juice (about a whole lime)

• Edible glitter (Amazon sells this)

• Salt rim and garnish with lime wedge or pink flower

Instructions

1. Add tequila, dragonfruit syrup, lime juice and glitter to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake 15 seconds to chill the ingredients.

3. Pour into a fresh glass filled with ice. I used a lime + salt rim on mine, which is optional.

4. Garnish and enjoy!
