8 ready-to-drink mocktails, 8g of sugar or less each
If you're looking for easy, nonalcoholic drinks to sip in the evening and help you survive Dry January, here are several of my favorite ready-to-drink options, all under 8g of sugar per serving.

One of the most common requests I get is for low-sugar options that don't take a lot of effort during busy weeknights. I don’t know about you, but I usually don’t have time to be juicing cantaloupes or smoking rosemary stems at 5pm on a Tuesday when I have two children to feed, bathe and get to bed. And while I love a fancy, zero proof cocktail on the weekends or when entertaining, most nights I want something that takes absolutely zero effort and thought. I tried over 150 different nonalcoholic canned drinks to develop this list, and hope you find one you love.
Ghia Le Spritz Price: $20 at The Zero Proof (link applies 15% discount at checkout)*

Ghia is one of the OGs when it comes to nonalcoholic drinks, and their canned spritzes have the complexity of a cocktail without the headache and added sugar. They’re pleasantly bitter and come in four flavors, including a spicy sumac & chili that will blow your socks off (7g of sugar/can), or you can't go wrong with their original spritz.
Ume Aplos Spritz Price: from $22 at The Zero Proof (link applies 15% discount at checkout)*

A sparkling, non-alcoholic cocktail with soft notes of plum, grapefruit, and white tea, this spritz is incredibly flavorful for how low-calorie it is. Each can has a delightful sweetness with only 3g, and is infused with 20mg of broad-spectrum hemp for a naturally calming effect. Though I'd personally avoid their Chili Margarita (tastes nothing like a margarita), this one is a winner.
Cycling Frog THC Wild Cherry Seltzer Price: $20/6-pack at CyclingFrog.com (code “Soberishmom” stacks for an extra 5% off anything)*

If you’re looking to enjoy a little buzz without the booze, these seltzers are among my favorite with incredible flavors (and none of that weird earthiness that many THC drinks have). Black Cherry is one of my favorite flavors (though I do love Black Currant and Grapefruit), with 5mg THC and 10mg CBD per can. I split one with my husband (they're STRONG!) for 5g of sugar each. These are designed to help you unwind, laugh, and above all else, have fun. 21+
Kin Euphorics Bloom Price: $16 at The Zero Proof (link applies 15% discount at checkout)*

Co-Founded by Bella Hadid, Kin Euphorics offers a lineup of several "functional" canned drinks. I tried every canned variation and this was my top pick for its refreshing strawberry and rosé-like flavor. It's infused with adaptogens and nootropics that claim to “conjure clarity and vision” and “ignite the heart fire.” I don’t know about all that… all I know is it’s a tasty party bevvie, and some adaptogens on the side probably won’t hurt.
Saint Viviana Sparkling NA Wine $20 for 4-pack at The Zero Proof (link applies 15% discount at checkout)*
If you chill this dealcoholized wine and pour into a flute it definitely scratches the 5pm itch at a reasonable price point. It's crisp, refreshing and only has about 5g of sugar in a 6 oz pour of wine. Plus I love not opening an entire bottle of wine - they just never taste the same the next night! Their Sauv Blanc is also great and rated the "Best Non-Alcoholic White Wine" by Wine Enthusiast, only 2g of sugar per glass.
Kava Haven Spritz Price: $45 with code "SoberishMom15"

While technically not a "canned" drink, I still have to give this one a shoutout as it's my favorite go-to drink on busy nights when I'm really craving a glass of wine. While most "functional" or "adaptogen" drinks are complete bogus, this kava spirit is legit and I feel a wave of relaxation hit me after about 15min of consuming. If you're new to kava, you can read more about it here. I love to mix it with a little diet ginger ale in the evenings for a quick buzz without any booze. It's pricey, but includes 17 servings per bottle and is totally worth it for keeping me on track.
Curious Elixirs No. 2 Price: $50/4-pack at The Zero Proof (link applies 15% discount at checkout)*

Curious Elixirs offers an array of “functional” drinks packed with adaptogens and complex flavors, from smoked chocolate cherry to my personal favorite, spicy pineapple ginger. While the sugar content varies, most servings come in around 7g or less of sugar and I enjoy the complexity of flavors in each bottle. Though these are quite expensive, they’re fun for a special occasion or to sip among friends. Try a variety pack to find your favorite (though I would stay away from No.5 & No. 8, yikes).
Hiyo Seltzers $15 per 4-pack at The Zero Proof (link applies extra 15% off at checkout)*

I'd give these a thumbs up for flavor, ingredient list and price - they're super light, refreshing and aren't packed with loads of sugar like so many canned drinks. However, I'd definitely temper your expectations with the "mood-enhancing ingredients." I've never felt like I was "floating" or anything from these, except maybe being a little extra hydrated. If you're looking for a buzz without the booze try these. But Hiyo is a nice option for a low-sugar drink in the evenings.
