Grapefruit Radler Mocktail
A no-alcohol radler is the perfect way to enjoy the "She's Golden" golden ale from Busty Lush.
A radler is a beer mixed with any form of fruit juice. Similar to its more-popular cousin the shandy, it's a wonderful low-alcohol drink for beer lovers. If you're looking for a delicious non-alcoholic option for the radler, look no further.
The key to a great radler is to start with a fruit-forward, flavorful wheat bear or ale. In this recipe I used a golden ale from one of my favorite new beverage companies, Busty Lush. Check out my review of the "She's Golden" golden ale here. A non-alcoholic pilsner or lager would work well too - just nothing too dark.

Ingredients
3 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 juiced lemon
1/2 ounce simple syrup
8 oz non-alcoholic wheat beer or ale
Garnish with a slice of lemon or grapefruit
Instructions
Fill a pint glass with ice and add grapefruit juice, lemon and simple syrup. Stir.
Gently pour in beer to top of glass and stir.
Garnish with lemon and enjoy!

Was reading some stuff about outdated web archives earlier and noticed how many old sites still keep these strange domain structures alive. Does anyone know why developers keep these messy URL structures around instead of just doing a clean migration?
Was scrolling through some old forum last night and stumbled on a thread where people were posting examples of weird domain naming choices. Someone dropped a bunch of random URLs as examples of confusing branding, just a wall of links with no real context. One of them was here and I clicked it mostly because the name itself made zero sense to me, like I genuinely could not figure out what it was supposed…
