5 zero-sugar summer mocktail recipes packed with minerals and electrolytes
I love a hydrating, healthy mocktail and these are perfect for busy summer days on the go. Watermelon Margarita Mocktail
1 packet Watermelon electrolytes (I also like mixing half a watermelon with half a lemon-lime packet)
16-20 oz ice water
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Optional: Tajin rim
Instructions:
Fill a tumbler or glass with ice water and add in electrolyte packet and lime juice. Shake well and enjoy!
Raspberry Lemonade
• 4-5 raspberries
• .5 oz fresh lemon juiceÂ
• 1 packet Raspberry electrolytes
• 20 oz water
Instructions:
Place raspberries and lemon in a glass and muddle to break-up the fruit. Add ice water and electrolytes, stir well to combine and enjoy!

Nojito Mocktail:
• 4-5 mint leaves • .75 oz fresh lime juice
• 1 packet Lemon-Lime electrolytes
• Sparkling watet Instructions:
In a tall glass add the mint and lime, then gently muddle. Top with ice and add electrolytes and sparkline water. Mix well to combine.
Mango-Pineapple Margarita Mocktail
1 packet Mango-Pineapple electrolytes (I also like mixing half a mango with half a lemon-lime packet)
16-20 oz ice water
Squeeze of fresh lime juice
Optional: Tajin rim
