Sparkling Pomegranate Orange Mocktail

A refreshing and beautiful mocktail to sip this spring & summer.

This mocktail is perfect for anyone looking for a sparkling, refreshing, non-alcoholic drink. Bubbly, Not too sweet with a hint of citrus and easy on the eyes with some beautiful ice cubes I made the day before.

Sparkling Pomegranate Orange Mocktail
Non-alcoholic sparkling pomegranate orange mocktail.

For the ice cubes I used sliced orange, mint and pomegranate seeds. Make sure to freeze overnight or at least 4-5 hours, and then seal in an air-tight container in your freezer.

I tried Gruvi Non-Alcoholic Dry Secco for the first time and was quite impressed. Refreshing bubbles and not too sweet, it was a great addition in this recipe. If you don't have any on hand a sparkling water or coconut water would be lovely as well, or any other n/a sparkling wine you like.

Fancy ice tray
I think fancy ice always livens up any beverage!

  1. Place mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and small orange slices in ice cube tray. Fill with water and freeze overnight or at least 5-6hrs.

  2. Fill wine glass with ice cubes. Add 4oz non-alcoholic sparkling wine.

  3. Top with 2 oz San Pellegrino Pomegranate + Orange Soda. If you can't find this swap out a orange sparkling water and pomegranate juice.

  4. Garnish with an orange slice or mint leaves and enjoy!
