Strawberry Coconut Cream Soda

The perfect pink drink, just 3 ingredients and 50 calories per serving

I love this light mocktail recipe for a baby shower, bridal shower, or just to have a little sweet, guilt-free treat in the evenings. I use an unsweetened coconut milk from Silk - you could try a different brand or canned coconut milk as well, though that will change the calorie count.

I've also tried this recipe with several different Olipop flavors and they always turn out great, especially the Orange Squeeze - like an orange creamsicle dupe!

  1. Fill a glass with ice and add in strawberry slices. I like to slide them down the sides for an eye-pleasing look.

  2. Add in 1/2C Silk coconut milk.

  3. Top with about 1/2 can of Olipop Strawberry Vanilla soda.

  4. Cheers!
