Holiday Mule, 30 calories

Recipe:

  • 2 oz cranberry juice

  • .5 oz fresh lime juice

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • Diet ginger beer or diet ginger ale

  • Garnish ideas: whole cranberries, slice of lime, mint sprig

Instructions:In a copper mug, add your cranberry juice, lime juice and mint leaves. Gently muddle, then top with ice, diet ginger beer and garnish.


Pom-Ginger Fizz, 35 calories

  • 3 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice

  • 4 oz diet ginger beer or diet ginger ale

  • .5 oz fresh lime juice

  • Garnish ideas: whole cranberries, slice of lime, dehydrated lime wedge

Instructions:

  • Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir and top with garnishes


The Silent Night Spritz, 55 calories

Recipe:

  • 3 oz freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice

  • Sprig of fresh rosemary

  • .5 oz freshly-squeezed lemon juice

  • 1 tsp agave

  • 2 oz plain sparkling soda

  • Garnish ideas: slice of grapefruit or rosemary

Instructions:

Spiced Apple Highball, 35 calories

  • 3 oz brewed cinnamon herbal tea, chilled (I love Bengal Spice)

  • 2 oz spiced cider

  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 oz plain sparkling soda

  • Garnish ideas: whole star anise, cinnamon stick, slice of lemon

Instructions:

  • Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir and top with a cinnamon stick before serving, or use a fancy holiday ice cube like pictured.


Holiday "Aperol" Spritz - 55 calories

  • 1.5 oz N/A "Aperol" (I recommend this one by Free Spirt)

  • 2 oz spiced cider, chilled

  • 3 oz plain sparkling soda

  • Garnish ideas: slice of orange, cinnamon stick, holiday ice cube

Instructions:

  • Fill a wine glass with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir and top with a garnish before serving.

  • Note: Normally a non-alcoholic Aperol Spritz uses non-alcoholic sparkling wine and club soda but I think the sweetness of the cider helps carry the flavor so you don’t need as many expensive ingredients. Cheers!


Ho Ho 0% Ranch Water, 35 calories

Recipe:

  • 2 oz N/A "Tequila" (I recommend this one by Free Spirt)

  • 2 oz pomegranate juice

  • .75 oz lime juice

  • 4-5 oz plain sparkling soda

Instructions:

  • Fill a glass with ice and add first three ingredients. Gently stir.

  • Top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of lime.


I Don't Have "Thyme" For This Mocktail, 70 calories

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):

  • 2 T fresh lemon juice

  • 6 sprigs fresh thyme

  • 6 oz unsweetened pear juice (I recommend R.W. Knudsen Organic Pear Juice)

  • 1 T maple syrup 

  • 1/4 t of cinnamon

  • Club Soda

  • Optional garnishes: thyme sprig and slice of pear

Instructions:

  • Add lemon juice and 4 thyme sprigs to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle to release the thyme flavor into the citrus.

  • Add pear juice, syrup, cinnamon and ice and shake to combine.

  • Pour into rimmed glasses filled with ice, then top with soda. Garnish and enjoy!


Holiday Hibiscus Cooler, 25 calories

Recipe:

  • 4 oz brewed and chilled hibiscus tea

  • 1 oz pomegranate juice

  • 1 tsp maple syrup

  • .75 oz lemon juice

  • Garnish ideas: slice of lemon, whole pomegranates

Instructions:

  • Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir and enjoy!


Santa's G&T Mocktail, 15 calories

  • "Snow Globe Glasses" require fresh rosemary and whole cranberries

  • 2 oz NA gin (Free Spirits Gin has an excellent flavor and only 15 calories/1.5 oz)

  • 3 oz diet tonic

  • .75 oz lime juice

Instructions:

  • Prepare the "Snow Globe Glasses" the night before by following instructions here.

  • When ready to serve, add other ingredients and gently stir.


Merry Mojito, 30 calories

Recipe:

  • 1 oz lime juice

  • 4-5 mint leaves

  • 1 tsp stevia or monkfruit

  • 2 oz pomegranate or cranberry juice

  • 4 oz cranberry, plain or lime club soda

  • Garnish: lime slices, mint leaves and/or whole cranberries

Instructions:

  • In a tall glass, add your lime juice, mint leaves and sweetener. Gently muddle (don't destroy it or it will turn bitter).

  • Add ice and top with juice and sparkling soda. Garnish and enjoy!


Skinny White Christmas Mockarita, 75 calories

  • 2 oz N/A "Tequila" (I recommend this one by Free Spirts)

  • .5 oz agave

  • .75 oz lime juice (about the juice of a whole lime)

  • Garnish: lime + coconut flake rim, whole cranberries

Instructions:

  • Prepare your glass by rimming with a little lime and dipping in finely diced coconut flakes.

  • Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake until well combined, then pour into prepared glass & top with garnishes.
