15 Best Non-Alcoholic Wines for the Holidays

Updated: 2 days ago

A review of my favorite non-alcoholic wines in 2025 under $30

Let’s be honest: the holidays are basically one long marathon of socializing, snacking, and partying like it's 1999. And while the champagne might be flowing, not everyone wants to wake up feeling like a reindeer ran them over. Enter: non-alcoholic wine, the hero of festive sipping without the hangover villain. Whether you’re taking a break, pacing yourself, or just want to remember your family game night this year, these zero-proof bottles bring all the sparkle, flavor, and cheer… minus the next-day regret.

Out of the 200+ non-alcoholic wines I've tried in 2025, these are my top picks, ranging from $15-$30 per bottle. Each are all available at my favorite online shop, The Zero Proof (this link will automatically apply 15% off any order*).

Best Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wines of 2025

Listed in order of price, from $16 to $30 per bottle with discount code

Giesen Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wine

ree

One of the most affordable at $20 per bottle, this is a bright bottle of non-alcoholic sparkling wine. It's off-dry and refreshing at only 20 calories per glass, so you don't have to worry about it being overly sweet. It has a citrusy bite on the finish that almost emulates the real deal. $20 at The Zero Proof

Noughty AF Sparkling Chardonnay
Noughty AF Sparkling Chardonnay

Rated one of the "Best Non-Alcoholic Wines" by the New York Times, this is my go-to bottle of bubbles. With 2.9g of sugar per 100ml, it’s much dryer than many non-alcoholic bottles I've tried. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes out of Spain, the flavor is lovely with delicate notes of apples and citrus and a slight minerality. A really nice mouthfeel with fizzy, cava-like bubbles. A top recommendation and crowd-pleaser. $22 at The Zero Proof

Oddbird Blanc de Blancs
Oddbird Blanc de Blancs

Oddbird is one of my favorite non-alcoholic wine producers because of the craft that goes into every bottle. Their winemaking process includes sourcing high-quality grapes and letting the wine mature for up to 12 months before the dealcoholization process begins. The Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay & Colombard grapes, giving notes of green apple and a balanced acidity with a hint of lemon. It's off-dry with about 6g of sugar per glass, has a mild sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish. $22 at The Zero Proof

Saint Viviana Non-Alcoholic Canned Sparkling Chardonnay
ree

Nothing beats having a small can of non-alcoholic bubbles ready to throw in your bag for a holiday party or crack open to make 1-2 mocktails in the evening. Sometimes you just don't need the entire bottle, and I really enjoyed this new offering from Saint Viviana in 2025. You'll find notes of crisp green apple, lemon and a touch of sweetness at 9g of sugar in an 8.4 oz can. $25 per 4-Pack at The Zero Proof.

Wölffer Estates Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wines
ree

I definitely recommend both the Wolffer Estates sparkling rosé and blanc de blancs as great options this holiday season. I did a full review of the "Spring in a Bottle" sparkling rosé previously, and absolutely I love the tight knit bubbles and mouthfeel of their non-alcoholic wines. Both are complex, off-dry, and the beautiful packaging is perfect for holiday sipping or gifting. $25 at The Zero Proof.

Oddbird Blanc de Blancs - 200ml
Oddbird Blanc de Blancs 200ml

I have always loved the Oddbird Blanc de Blancs, and these small bottles are absolutely fabulous for holiday sipping and gifting. It's the same organic, dealcoholized wine aged in oak for 12 months resulting in a mature, complex tasting profile, just mini size. I do prefer these over canned sparkling wines as the glass bottles will help them hold their effervescence longer. $30/4-Pack at The Zero Proof

Best Non-Alcoholic White Wines

Saint Viviana Non-Alcoholic Sauvignon Blanc
Bottle of Saint Viviana Sauvignon Blanc
Voted one of the “Best Nonalcoholic White Wines” by Wine Enthusiast, the Saint Viviana is a crowd-pleaser. At only 10 calories and 2g of sugar a glass this is an incredibly zesty and crisp white option. It’s dry with a hint of peach, apple, and a tart finish. Serve it ice cold and it won’t overpower your dishes or leave you with a raging headache the next day. $15 at The Zero Proof

Lautus Nonalcoholic Chardonnay
Bottle of Lautus Nonalcoholic Chardonnay

This de-alcoholized Chardonnay comes in at less than 5g of sugar per glass with a medium body from gentle oaking. It's a bit more substantial than many “juice-like” wines in the category, with notes of orange and a lingering, balanced acidity. It's a lovely complement to a rich holiday dinner. $18 at The Zero Proof

Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Non-Alcoholic Riesling
bottle of Leitz Eins Zwei Zero Riesling

While Rieslings tend to have a bad rap as being overly sweet, this one from Leitz is clean and crisp with notes of citrus and green apple with a dry finish. I discovered it when Canlis made it the first nonalcoholic wine on their James Beard-Awarded wine list. $18 at The Zero Proof

Best Non-Alcoholic Rosé Wines

Kolonne Null Non-Alcoholic Rosé
ree

This award-winning, non-alcoholic rosé from the South of France is delicate with mild notes of red berries and white peach. It has a hint of minerality and is off dry with about 5g of sugar per glass. $22 at The Zero Proof

Bolle Non-Alcoholic Sparkling Wines
bottle of bolle rose wine with glass

Bolle Non-Alcoholic Wines are a little on the pricier side, but once you taste it you can see why. Bolle starts with a high-quality wine that is de-alcoholized before going through a second fermentation process that helps preserve the natural mouthfeel and flavor of wine, without any artificial additives. The rosé has lovely notes of strawberry and red berries without being overly sweet. I also love the Blanc de Blancs which has crisp notes of apple and pear, and a hint of minerality. Due to their high quality dealcoholization process they both have a lovely complexity and those perfect, tight-knit bubbles. Starting at $30 per bottle here.

Best Non-Alcoholic Red Wines

Saint Viviana Cabernet Sauvignon

This isn't your typical big, full-bodied glass of cabernet sauvignon, though I was pleasantly surprised by the firm tannic structure and finish. It's dry and quite tart, with notes of black currant and baking spices, balanced nicely with a slight oakiness. One of the healthiest non-alcoholic red wines I've tried, it's only 10 calories and 1g of sugar per 8 oz pour so it has a fairly thin mouthfeel, but you can drink freely and guilt-free. Can't beat the price at $16 per bottle at The Zero Proof.

Leitz Non-Alcoholic Pinot Noir
Bottle of Leitz Nonalcoholic Red WIne

This one is a bit lighter but a sure crowd-pleaser with bright red fruit, subtle tannins and a slight earthiness - a refreshing change from many of the overly-sweet dealcoholized reds. Because of the lightness I think it does best with a few dashes of non-alcoholic bitters added to the glass (see note below).  $18 at The Zero Proof

Noughty AF Syrah
ree

Rated one of the best non-alcoholic wines by the New York Times, this is one of the closest dupes you'll find to red wine. Noughty AF Wines are among my favorite producers (both their sparking rose and brut are delicious as well), so Noughty is brand you can trust. This de-alcoholized syrah is a smooth, medium-bodied red that exhibits ripe, juicy fruit without being overly sweet. There is no added sugar or juice, and it has a bit of a dry finish making it fairly well-balanced. An easy sipper and one I'd proudly serve at a dinner party to friends. $25 at The Zero Proof

Oddbird GSM

Oddbird is one of my favorite non-alcoholic wine producers because of the craft that goes into every bottle. Their winemaking process includes sourcing high-quality grapes and letting the wine mature for up to 12 months before the de-alcoholization process begins. The GSM Red (Greancge, Syrah, Mouvedre) has layers of dark fruit, is well-balanced with good body and tannin structure for a non-alcoholic red wine and will complement many holiday dishes. $25 at The Zero Proof

The Secret to Improving Non-Alcoholic Wine...
Nonalcoholic Bitters by All The Bitter

If you try a bottle of wine that just isn't hitting right, I suggest adding a few dashes of non-alcoholic bitters to your glass. For an overly-sweet red, Aromatic Bitters by All The Bitter can help cut the juiciness while adding additional spice and depth. For a wine that's just a little meh, try a few dashes of New Orleans Style Bitters to give the glass more complexity. The Orange Bitters work well in white wines and these are also one of my favorite bar cart items, as a Bitters + Soda is a delicious pre-dinner drink as well. $28 for a sample set (also a great stocking stuffer for the wine or cocktail lover in your life).
