If you love an Aperol Spritz but not the headache the next day, try these delicious mocktail recipes
Dreaming of the Amalfi Coast, but stuck in an inflatable kiddie pool? Yeah, me too babe. But with these mocktail recipes you'll quickly be transported to a sunset beach with drink in hand, and non of the regrets the next day.

I use a non-alcoholic Aperol dupe that was just released at the beginning of summer, "Aperitivo of Milano" by Free Spirits. This is a new formula from their previous "Spirit of Milano," and the flavor is big and bold, about halfway between Campari & Aperol with bittersweet notes of grapefruit, orange peel and warm cinnamon-clove spices. It is very challenging to recreate the flavors of Aperol without a non-alcoholic spirit and this one is excellent (I've tried many, full list here).
