Lover's Champagne Punch

Recipe (Makes 4-6 Servings):
2 C cranberry juice
1 C orange juice
1 C fresh raspberries or strawberries
1 bottle non-alcoholic sparkling rosé (my top picks)
Garnish ideas: raspberries, edible glitter, fill little cups with candy & attach using these
Instructions:Â Add juices and fruit to a punch bowl or pitcher. Chill. Top with sparkling wine right before serving and stir gently. Do NOT add ice to your pitcher as that will water the drinks down.Â
"Mint to Be" Mojito Mocktails

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
1/2 C raspberries (frozen or fresh is fine)
10 fresh mint leaves
2 oz simple syrup
2 oz fresh lime juice
8 oz soda water
Garnish ideas: raspberries, slice of lime, mint sprig
Instructions: In two collins glasses, muddle half the raspberries and mint with lime juice and simple syrup until juicy. Add ice, top with soda water, stir gently. Garnish with mint or raspberries.
Batching tip: Multiply everything by 3 for 6 servings and top with soda just before serving.
"Pretty in Pink" Paloma

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
4 oz grapefruite juice
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz agave
4 oz sparkling grapefruit soda or plain soda (Spindrift Grapefruit works well and is lower sugar)
Garnish ideas: grapefruit rose ice (tutorial on how to make here), slice of grapefruit, chili-salt rim, or lime wedge
Instructions: Rim glasses if desired. Add grapefruit juice, NA tequila, lime juice, and agave to glasses over ice. Top with soda and stir gently. Batching tip: Combine juices, NA tequila and agave ahead of time, refrigerate, and add soda when serving.
Red Hot Ranch Water - 15 calories, zero sugar!

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
2 oz fresh lime juice
8 oz plain sparkling soda/mineral water
Garnish ideas: tajin rim, slice of lime or try one of my pepper ice cubes by simply freezing Thai chili peppers in water overnight!
Instructions: Fill glasses with ice, add NA tequila and lime juice, top with sparkling mineral water and stir. You can also add 1 oz of pomegranate juice to each for a pretty pink color! Batching tip: Pre-mix tequila and lime juice, then top with sparkling water per glass.
Love Potion No. 0.0

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
4 oz Empress 0.0 Indigo (a nonalcoholic gin replacement that will give you that beautiful purple color)
6 oz light tonic water
Squeeze of fresh grapefruit or lime juice
Garnish ideas: grapefruit rose ice (tutorial on how to make here) or a slice of grapefruit
Instructions:
Fill two glasses with ice, add Indigo 0.0, top with tonic, stir lightly. Garnish with citrus.
Valentine's Day Margarita Mocktails

Recipe (Makes 4-6 Servings):
2 C frozen dragonfruit (I’ve found it at Target and Safeway)
1 C pineapple juice
.5 C fresh lime juice
1 C of ice (you may need to adjust based on desired consistency but start here)
Garnish ideas: salt or sugar rim, slices of fresh dragonfruit or lime
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into rimmed glasses (if using sale) & garnish.
"Put a Ring on It!" Lychee Strawberry Spritz

Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
2 T fresh lemon juice
4 oz lychee syrup (from a can, I can always find this at Asian grocery stores)
.5 C fresh strawberries
1.5 oz fresh lemon juice
2 oz non-alcoholic gin (optional)
6 oz sparkling waterÂ
Optional garnishes: strawberry slices, "Ring Pops" or lychees on a pick
Instructions:
Add lychee syrup, strawberries and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle for about 15 seconds. If using NA gin, add now. Next, add a scoop of ice, shake, and strain into fresh glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Batching tip: Make the lychee/strawberry/lemon blend ahead of time and keep chilled in the fridge, then add sparkling water per glass when ready to serve.
Valentine's Day Hibiscus Cooler
Recipe (Makes 2 Servings):
8 oz brewed and chilled hibiscus tea
2oz pomegranate juice
.75 oz maple syrup
1.5 oz lemon juice
Garnish ideas: slice of lemon, whole pomegranates, pink mini rose
Instructions:
Fill a glass with ice and add all ingredients. Gently stir and enjoy! Batching tip: This entire drink can be pre-batched in a pitcher and kept in the fridge until serving. This is a great option for people who don't like carbonated drinks.
Guava Bellini Mocktail

Recipe (Makes 4-6 Servings):
8 oz guava juice
One bottle non-alcoholic sparkling rosé (my favorites here)
Optional garnishes: put two candy hearts on a pick atop your champagne flutes and/or add a sprinkle of edible glass to each flute.Â
Instructions:
Divide guava juice between flutes (about 2 oz in each glass) and top slowly with sparkling rosé. Stir very gently and top with optional garnishes.
